The workplace

Its really wierd when you are working as a Team Leader to a really competent team having more work experience than you. But then thats how corporate policies are...wierd!! I never in my wildest dreams ever thought that I would be leading a Team and managing a process in an Outsourcing firm after 4 yrs full of gears, mechanics, hydraulics and other scary stuff...yep...scary..now life seems so simple. But theres a but..somewhere within me lies a void that keeps on pricking me reminding me to use atleast the "M" of mechanical engineering before I end up doing a MBA..if et all it happens. But the lifes the biggest comedy of errors you can find..and you can just sit,stare and have a good laugh at it.
